How do I request a course substitution?
Complete the Petition Form and email it to the Undergraduate Program Director (Dr. Sam Amin). The request will be forwarded to the CEME Petition Committee for review. Once approved, it will be electronically signed and returned. Please allow a few days for the committee review process.
How do I request course equivalency?
Submit a course equivalency request through MATES. The request will be routed for review, and a decision will be made based on feedback from the relevant instructor.
Do I need to meet with anyone in person for these requests?
No. All course substitution and course equivalency requests are handled electronically, and no in-person meeting is required.
How will I know the outcome of my request?
You will be notified electronically once the review and approval process is completed.
